Assignments are made to project teams based on experience, the particulars of the development and applied technology as well as skill set levels.

The Project Manager is the project leader determined to be the person possessing the knowledge and skills necessary for successful management.

Project Manager responsibilities:

  • documentation of development and testing
  • team management
