Quality control

The goal of a quality management implementation is to meet the requirements of the customer while reducing development time. The CorePartners quality management system was developed to be certified for compliance with international standard ISO 9001. The main feature of this quality management system is the delineation of responsibilities between functional groups and managers of a project, documented technology development, methodological support and documentation of the results of each stage of the project life cycle.

Control of quality design is assigned to a steering group on quality - led by the Associate Director of the company. An internal audit of the quality system is performed twice per year. Modifications to the quality management system are carried out as a result and related changes are made to the Quality Practices and Procedures Manual.
